MICHELLE WILLIAMS:
DITMAS PARK
A longtime Brooklyn resident, Williams, along with the late actor Heath Ledger, were the owners of a large townhouse at the corner of Hoyt and Dean, but in 2015 she made the jump to Ditmas, buying a sprawling but well-worn eight bedroom mansion on Albemarle Road for $2.5 million. Her renovation application to the Landmarks Preservation Commission (the home is a historic structure) included plans to “alter the rear facade and porch, replace siding, and install HVAC units and fencing at the rear yard.”

DANIEL CRAIG AND RACHEL WEISZ:
COBBLE HILL
After months of rumor that he was interested in a Kings County purchase, the 50 year old Bond fi lm lead and his movie star wife, 48, (the two were married in 2011) were reported in a March Brooklyn Daily Eagle article to be the buyers of writer Martin Amis and his wife Isabel Fonseca’s turn of the 20th century brownstone one that was badly damaged after a chimney fi re on New Year’s Eve of 2016. Its sale price was a reported $6.75 million, a relative bargain compared to Craig and Weiss’s $11.5 million 4,350 square foot Shoo (Manhattan) triplex penthouse at 20 Greene Street
