The Indy 500 of Networking
On June 12th, the SIEDC and TD Bank hosted Staten Island’s first ever ULTIMATE NETWORKING EVENT. The event included a beautiful networking cocktail reception at the Vanderbilt South Beach, followed by a very special Scotch Tasting provided by some of the island’s finest restaurants. Additionally, the night featured a very unique SPEED NETWORKING hour where local business owners raced through a ‘speed dating’ type set up in which they had 2 min. intervals to converse with other local business owners and other high ranking economic development officials. The night was a huge success and created hundreds of new business relationships which will generate further Staten Island economic growth.
