BLONDE-HAIRED, BLUE-EYED BEAUTY ASHLEY FISHER IS TACKLING MODELING ALL OVER THE GLOBE

INDUSTRY: How did you get started modeling?
ASHLEY FISHER: I was “discovered” at a dance competition in New Jersey at age 13. My first professional contract was with a company modeling for dance and teamwear. From there, I signed with my first mother agency: Model Management Agency (MMA) as a TV/commercial/ print/runway model.

IM: Tell us about some gigs you’ve done.
AF: Just to name a few: I’ve walked in LA Swim Week, Miami Swim Week, Philadelphia Swim Week, and New Zealand and New York Fashion Week. I’ve modeled for some awesome companies like Nina Canacci gowns, Nike, Converse, and various swimwear companies based out of Australia. I was published in Maxim twice. I do a ton of beauty modeling for various makeup companies (Tarte Cosmetics, Givenchy). In addition, I’ve done Las Vegas Tourism commercials for many of the casinos including Caesars, Marriott Spa, Aria, and MGM Topgolf. I was on an episode of the Kelly Clarkson Show as a dancer, doubled as Mila Kunis’ silhouette in The Spy Who Dumped Me trailer, along with being in a recent Bollywood production called Liger with Mike Tyson. IM: What is your favorite thing about the fall season?
AF: Pumpkin spiced lattes, of course. As well as the witchy vibe of Halloween.

IM: Does your background influence your look?
AF: I’m half Italian which is where I get my excellent thick hair genes. My light coloring features are from my Ukrainian side.

IM: Where are you currently living?
AF: Las Vegas, Nevada. I was born and raised in New Jersey. I started in the New York/Philly market and made my way west to Los Angeles/Las Vegas.

IM: Tell us about your career.
AF: I’ve been professionally modeling – I signed with various agencies around the world – since age 13 and it has been a dream. My modeling career has taken me to so many amazing countries and introduced me to so many interesting people. I’ve appeared on four billboards and graced both the film/commercial screen and pages of magazines. It has been a passion of mine since I was a little girl and I’m very grateful to be doing what I love and for the opportunities/jobs that have come my way.

IM: What do you hope for your future?
AF: I plan to continue modeling for as long as I can. There is always a market for models, honestly of all ages, just depending on the division and how you take care of yourself. I am eventually going to prioritize my academic passions as well in the psychology field and pursue a career with that. Stay tuned!

IM: What are a few of your favorite things?
AF: Traveling the world and exploring new cultures/countries. I’m a huge globetrotter.

(styles) since age six.

IM: How would you describe yourpersonality in three words?
AF: Ambitious, perfectionist, adventurer.

IM: What did you always want to be when you were growing up?
AF: Triple threat model/actress/ broadcast journalist, which I do all three of those. However, college awoke a passion for neuroscience psychology which I plan to continue my studies in acquiring my PhD.
