The Roe Show
At many fine-dining locales, caviar is featured as a luxe accoutrement, but at the recently opened Ockap Caviar & Cuisine in Brickell, it’s the centerpiece. Created in collaboration with Ducasse Conseil, the consulting arm of legendary French chef Alain Ducasse’s restaurant group, the concept challenges patrons to rethink one of luxury dining’s most coveted ingredients. Every dish is built around the salt-cured delicacy, with no fewer than ten grams of the restaurant’s premium private label Ossetra per plate. Everything from fried chicken and ribeye to sea bass with shellfish and champagne sabayon is dressed with caviar, and even the strawberry sorbet for dessert is blanketed in pearls.

Sound Mind & Body
Among Miami’s most unique wellness experiences, the floating sound bath at Four Seasons Hotel Miami transforms the hotel’s grand rooftop pool into a sanctuary of stillness. Guests recline on flotation devices and drift weightlessly across the water while guided breathwork and live sound healing gently soothe you into a state of total relaxation, regulating the nervous system and melting away stress like ice in the Miami sun. The subtle movement of the pool, combined with immersive frequencies and meditative instruction, creates an experience that feels suspended somewhere between a spa treatment, meditation session, and sensory reset.

Bare Necessities
Nude Miami is the city’s latest wellness-focused grocery concept, often compared to Los Angeles’ celebrity-loved Erewhon. Located in Brickell, the 4,700-square-foot boutique market and café opened in May with a massive spread of ultra-curated organic groceries, supplements, and prepared foods without the added junk (a la GMOs, seed oils, and chemical preservatives). There are several dedicated bars for on-the-go sips and bites, from probiotic frozen yogurt to a mushroom-loaded adaptogenic matcha. The hot bar wanders through a parade of grass-fed steaks, wild-caught fish, pasture-raised chicken, Buffalo cauliflower, vegetable medleys, and more, all cooked in health-conscious goodies like grass-fed beef tallow or cold-pressed avocado oil.

Bubbles & Brioche
Named after the French phrase for “guilty pleasure,” Péché Mignon in Edgewater blends the elegance of a Parisian pâtisserie with the celebratory spirit of a champagne bar. The café was created by pastry chef Sappir Zuzan, whose background includes stints in Michelin-starred kitchens in the South of France, and that pedigree shows in the meticulous execution of every pastry. The menu revolves around beautifully crafted viennoiserie, specialty coffee, champagne, caviar, and refined French-inspired treats. Expect flaky croissants in inventive flavors like London fog and lemon meringue, delicate pastries, and indulgent bites designed to pair as naturally with espresso as they do with a glass of Dom.

High Five
Golf may be the hook, but Five Iron Golf’s new Coral Gables flagship is a sweeping, all-in-one social playground. Spanning 30,000 square feet, the venue combines cutting-edge golf technology, upscale dining, bowling, and nightlife under one jazzy roof. At its core are 12 Trackman-powered golf simulators – the same ball-tracking technology used by touring professionals – allowing guests to play iconic courses, compete in games, practice their swing, or learn from certified instructors. Serious golfers can book lessons, custom club fittings with Callaway Tour Fitting, and data-driven practice sessions, while casual partygoers can simply sip cocktails between swings with friends.
