SHIN LIM STUNS

NIGHT OWL
Most fine-dining Italian restaurants close up shop by 11 p.m., maybe midnight on the weekends. But this is Sin City, after all, and even an upscale haunt that serves three-figure steaks and vintage reserves stays up well past debauchery hour. From the masterminds behind Las Vegas staples Piero’s Italian Cuisine and Table 34, Bramàre is a newly debuted, ultra-glam Italian restaurant set off the Strip that doesn’t illuminate its “closed” sign until 3 a.m. Menu highlights include a 28-day dry-aged rib steak, striped bass filet with red pepper pesto, and Iberico pork with polenta fries. There are several heaping plates of house-made pasta, too, plus signature craft cocktails and global wines. 3900 Paradise Road Suite H, bramare.com
