José Andrés Group just opened Zaytinya in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, marking the vibrant Mediterranean restaurant’s fifth location. The menu is rooted in the rich culinary traditions of Turkey, Greece, and Lebanon, with mezze spreads to begin and excellent vegetarian options that include colorful salads and house-made spanakopita. Exclusive to the Las Vegas location are main courses like grilled lamb chops prepared with floral Tangier spices and spring pea tzatziki.
