New York’s iconic aperitivo bar Dante opened on the rooftop of the Maybourne Beverly Hills, quickly becoming the rooftop cocktail destination for Angelenos wishing they were on the Amalfi Coast. STAY is LA’s first and only zero-proof cocktail lounge, located in the former Hong Kong Cafe space in Chinatown. Co-founders Stacey Mann and Summer Phoenix hope to create an elegant social experience without the need for alcohol. Each cocktail is inspired by and named after the 12 Chinese zodiac signs, featuring cold-pressed juices, fresh herbs, and premium zero-proof spirits, accompanied by DJ sets, live music, art openings, and more.
