MIRROR, MIRROR

Thousands of crystal prisms envelop guests inside Glass Bar, a new 4,000-square-foot bar and lounge at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. Guests can play bar-top games or watch sports on one of six television screens wrapping around the bar while enjoying personalized bottle service and fun cocktails like a rum drink with fruity pebble syrup. Architecture and design firm Rockwell Group used clear, amber, and gray crystal prisms to create an ombré lighting element, while faceted, mirrored columns reflect the light and energy throughout the bar, framed by polished chrome brass. 3667 S Las Vegas Boulevard, caesars.com/planet-hollywoodlpmrestaurants.

BOBBY FLAY PRESENTS

Food and Beverage Photoshoot at Brasserie B by Bobby Flay at Caesars Palace Las Vegas. Shot December 2023

Chef Bobby Flay brings French-inspired favorites to his new restaurant inside Caesars Palace. Brasserie B by Bobby Flay is adjacent to Amalfi by Bobby Flay and Montecristo Cigar Bar, open daily for brunch and dinner. You’ll spot Brasserie B’s entrance from the casino floor by a neon sign curved along an exaggerated cornice, and the façade is reminiscent of a Parisian storefront with a rich, burgundy plaster. Signature menu items include a variety of grilled proteins like lobster and sweet and spicy glazed ribeye served with house-made French fries. Try the smoked salmon eggs royale and croque madame at brunch. 3570 S Las Vegas Boulevard, caesars.com/caesars palace/restaurants/brasserie-b

WOLF IN VEGAS

Mother Wolf opened its second location inside the new Fontainebleau Hotel (the original is in Hollywood), as a culinary ode to Rome with thin crust wood-fired pizzas, oxtail meatballs, scottadito lamb rib chops, and exceptional handmade pasta like all’amatriciana, arrabiata, and carbonara. James Beard-nominated chef Evan Funke of Los Angeles is a steward of Italian cooking traditions and culture, and Mother Wolf pays homage to Rome’s mythological origin story of Remus, Romulus, and the Lupa Capitolina. His craveable food is accompanied by classic Italian cocktails and an enviable Italian wine cellar. 2777 S Las Vegas Blvd, motherwolflv.com
