Fontainebleau Las Vegas unveils the largest real ice rink on the Strip with holiday pop-up activations throughout December. The nearly 8,000-square-foot Oasis Ice Rink is open through January 5 and offers communal fire pit rentals, private AlpenGlobe igloos with Veuve Clicquot bottle service, rink-side holiday movie screenings, and more. DISCO DIVA

Spiegelworld’s much-anticipated new production, DISCOSHOW, propels guests through the full experience of New York City’s 1970s disco scene, with a live show featuring roller skaters, drag queens, and dancers, plus cocktails, food, and a party unlike anything you’ve seen in Vegas. Taylor Sheridan, the creator of Yellowstone and proprietor of the prodigious Four Sixes Ranch, is bringing a taste of Texas to Sin City with Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse. Tucked inside the Wynn Resort, the pop-up steakhouse will run through the beginning of 2025. The menu, helmed by chef David Middleton, features a range of premium dry-aged meats and ranch-inspired plates, including a tableside prime beef tartare abetted by grilled shallots and serrano peppers, and a massive, full-breed Wagyu tomahawk from Wyoming’s Grazing Star Ranch, carved tableside. It’s par-tee time in Las Vegas at the just-opened adults-only golf club Swingers Las Vegas’ flagship location at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. The 40,000-square-foot entertainment destination will include four “crazy golf” courses, multiple bars and eateries, the Swingers Carnival arcade concept, and a new design, distinct from other locations worldwide: an English country estate complete with an impressive English country house. The golf courses are created in London and include a clocktower and hot air balloon courses, plus a carousel and meteorite courses on the upper levels.
