PAGANI VENTURES INTO THE ULTRA-LUXURY REAL ESTATE SCENE WITH PAGANI RESIDENCES, THE RENOWNED ITALIAN CAR BRAND’S DEBUT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT IN MIAMI
BY ARCHANA AITHAL ROSE
Over the past few years, many of the world’s leading supercar marques have announced their foray into the luxury living space, from Porsche to Aston Martin, and now it’s Italian hyper-brand Pagani’s turn to make its mark in the haute home real estate scene. Its debut project, Pagani Residences, is set to rise on the shores of Miami’s Biscayne Bay in North Bay Village, scheduled for a 2027 completion.
The 28-story boutique tower will feature just 70 residences (the small collection keeps in line with the hypercar marque’s air of exclusivity, as there are only about 400 Pagani owners in the world), each boasting dazzling 360-degree views of the city and surf. Each main residential floor will house four corner residences with seamless indoor-outdoor integration, featuring 11-foot ceilings, en-suite elevators, Italian-designed kitchens, and custom-crafted interiors with top-end finishes and natural materials. The flagship dual-story penthouses add 13-foot ceilings, expansive terraces with private pools, in-home spas, and outdoor kitchens.
Residents will also enjoy an impressive suite of amenities, including a rooftop pool with a sky lounge, a top-tier gym with a dedicated yoga studio, a state-of the-art media viewing room, a library, rejuvenating spa facilities, and even a pet spa.
