SEA DOO’S WAKE PRO 230 IS DESIGNED FOR TOW SPORT ENTHUSIASTS AND CASUAL RIDERS ALIKE

Sea Doo, founded by J.A. Bombardier in 1942, has grown to encompass an array of product lines, from its eponymous jet skis to the terrestrial based Lynx Snowmobiles, Can Am ATVs, and Spyder roadsters.

The newly released Wake Pro 230, sporting the largest swim platform on the market and an extra wide hull for additional stability, is equipped with a 230 horsepower supercharged Rotax 1500 engine optimized for regular fuel. All those ponies are harnessed with the help of a Ski Mode intelligent throttle, which allows users to select from preprogrammed speed and acceleration profiles. Designed for tow sports, settings include one specifically set for ski and tube launches, but there are also touring and ECO modes. A Sea Doo exclusive iBR (Intelligent Brake and Reverse) system produces stops that are up to 160 feet shorter than those of similar watercraft.

The Wake Pro 230 also includes a package that comes with a retractable ski pylon, wakeboard rack, and re boarding ladder. There’s a remarkable 600 pound weight capacity and seating for up to three riders. A first of its kind waterproof Bluetooth audio system comes optional, but is highly recommended, at least by this editorial crew. Standard is a watertight and impact absorbing compartment (with integrated USB port) to keep phones, cameras, tablets, and food dry. Available in a striking blend of metallic teal and lava red.
