An organic burger spot, a new artisan bakery, and an intense functional gym are making their big debuts in the Garden State

On a mission to reinvent fast food, Hearthly Burgers serves up creative handhelds that are far from your everyday on the go options. All meat is organic, non GMO, and free of hormones and antibiotics, and the Shrewsbury hotspot works with local farmers and like minded food purveyors to take the fast casual dining experience to new levels. Menu standouts include the truffle burger, made with black truffle powder and white truffle aioli, and the maple shroom burger dripping with homemade maple syrup aioli. Chicken options include a kimchi fried chicken burger and raging chicken bites tossed in house made RAGE sauce and chives. There are also vegetarian and vegan varieties, plus shakes and kombucha on tap. Even the grilled cheese is a step above, made with a brioche bun, American cheese, and grass fed butter. Everything from the patties and buns to the sauces are made in house daily.
