STEP INSIDE ELIE SAAB’S INFINITY VILLAS: A COUTURE OASIS ABOVE ST. MAARTEN’S TURQUOISE SEAS
BY ARCHANA AITHAL ROSE
“I like elegance, not extravagance,” declared Elie Saab, the Lebanese fashion designer known for his revered brand of haute couture rooted in sophistication and femininity. He applies the same measured approach to his latest project: a breathtaking collection of 12 exclusive residential villas along Indigo Bay in St. Maarten. Teaming up with local developer Classique Realty, Saab and his son, Elie Saab Jr., are set to transform luxury living into an art form with the Infinity Villas, billed as the first luxury fashion branded villas in the Caribbean. (The designer has additional branded residences in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Marbella, Spain.)
Each palatial villa will be dressed with pieces from the Elie Saab Maison collection, the designer’s line of haute home décor and furniture that first launched in 2020. Inside, opulence meets the island’s laid-back charm, with airy materials and muted colors that reflect the stunning surroundings. Each villa allows future residents to personalize their space by choosing from three thoughtfully curated mood boards: Breezy Coastal Charm, Lush Tropical Oasis, and Sophisticated Island Elegance, reflecting the diverse lifestyles of the Caribbean.
Each home will be equipped with cutting-edge smart technology for effortless, automated living, along with luxe amenities like spacious terraces, private gardens, heated pools, and Jacuzzis. A dedicated 24/7 concierge service will also be on hand to cater to any and every need for a lavish lifestyle experience amid the Caribbean’s sun-blanketed paradise. The first villa is scheduled for an early 2025 completion.
