Consider your off-season handicap officially on notice. Stableford, a new
invitation-only golf club on L.A.’s Westside, brings the game indoors with
TrackMan lounges, wellness rituals, and serious clubhouse culture

When the temperature drops, the daylight disappears and the golf course starts feeling like a
commitment, Stableford has a rather chic answer: bring the whole thing indoors. Opening late
2026 on West L.A.’s Barrington Avenue, the 13,000-square-foot private club is less simulator
bar than indoor country club, with eight TrackMan golf lounges designed to feel more like
intimate private rooms, a PuttView-powered putting green and wellness suites where a round
can segue into a sauna, cold plunge, or red-light therapy. Designed by Mazzarini & Co. with the
warmth of a hospitality space rather than a sports facility, Stableford is built for the modern
golfer who wants to work on a swing before dinner, play a virtual round after dark, or simply
settle in for an espresso, cocktail, and a little clubhouse gossip. Founded by Sanjay Mattela and
Drake Walker, the invitation-only club is capped in the low hundreds, making the old country-
club ritual feel decidedly more urban, more intimate, and, conveniently for fall, entirely
weatherproof.
