Hundreds of motorcyclists from all parts of _ e Garden State and beyond attended a grand opening event at the new Indian Motorcycle Of Monmouth, with the town’s mayor officiating at the ribbon cutting ceremony and demo rides offered throughout the day. Local businesses such as L&B Cigars, Coffee Surf, and Rider Insurance attended and contributed to the festivities, and a barbecue lunch was served to all who attended.

Owners Ron Mitro and Jason Gamba realized there was an opportunity and a void for the Indian Motorcycle brand in Monmouth and Ocean counties, so, together, they came up with a state-of-the-art facility and a streamlined, customer oriented sales and service process for both the Indian Motorcycle brand and the classically styled Royal Enfield.

“The event was a major success” stated Mitro.

Indian has been an iconic American brand since the early part of the 20th century, made world famous via its 1940s models. What started as The Enfield Cycle Company Limited of Redditch, Worcestershire, UK represents a different but fascinating design approach—its Royal Classics particularly prized.
