ITALIAN HYPERCAR MARQUE PAGANI IS LAUNCHING FULL SPEED AHEAD ON ITS FIRST-EVER RESIDENTIAL TOWER, A BESPOKE HOME COLLECTION CRADLED

CRADLED BY THE SPARKLING BLUE WATERS OF MIAMI’S BISCAYNE BAY BY AMANDA McCOY

When Argentine-Italian business magnate Horacio Pagani founded his eponymous hypercar brand in 1992, the former Lamborghini engineer touted a singular but prodigious vision: to redefine the concept of a neo-luxury supercar. His inaugural machine, the Zonda, debuted at the Geneva Auto Show in 1999 as a mid-mounted V12-powered beast, available in both coupe and convertible finishes. The Zonda put the nascent brand on the map, but the 2011 release of the 720-hp Huayra officially cemented Pagani in hypercar lore. Last year, Pagani made global headlines once again with its latest unveiling, and though this one doesn’t come on wheels, it packs thrills and frills aplenty meet the world’s first Pagani Residences.

“Pagani Residences represent an exciting blend of Pagani’s bespoke design approach with the finest materials, and the vibrant allure of Miami’s beauty and dynamic energy,” said Horacio Pagani, founder and CEO of Pagani Automobili. “This innovative fusion embodies the distinctive essence that defines Pagani. Our aspiration is for residence owners to evoke the same exhilaration and excitement that our auto enthusiasts and owners experience every time they get behind the wheel of their Pagani Hypercar.”

Announced last March, Pagani Residences will be a 28-story boutique tower on Harbor Island, one of three islands that comprise Miami’s uber-exclusive North Bay Village. Pagani tapped Miami’s decorated architecture firm Revuelta to spearhead design, while Pagani Arte, the marque’s newly christened interior design arm, leads the interiors.

Scale has never been a priority for the automaker; each commission is designed by Pagani himself and hand-crafted for originality and precision. (Only 40 examples of the Huayra Roadster BC were made, for instance, ensuring their collector status). As such, Pagani’s first residences follow a similar model; rather than aim for a sky-piercing super tower akin to, say, the 391-unit Aston Martin Residences in downtown Miami, Pagani will limit its home count to 70 residences. Homes will range from two to four bedrooms and 2,000 to 3,000 square feet, plus a hyper-luxe Penthouse collection.

Hand & Stone SPREAD

Like Pagani’s cars, each home can be customized to the buyer’s unique tastes and vision, with a vast catalog of rare and exotic materials available. With Biscayne Bay in the background, views are taken seriously here. Each floor will be limited to four units, ensuring a prime corner space for every homeowner. All homes will boast 11-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows to cloak the interiors in the light of the Miami sun. Waterfront facing outdoor terraces offer a front-row seat to the best views in town, while spa bathrooms promise the royal treatment with deep soaking tubs by Noorth and custom floating his-and-her vanities. Kitchens come fully equipped with a comprehensive Gaggenau appliance package and the choice between marble, quartz, and stone countertops in green, ivory, white, or black.

The Penthouse collection comprises palatial dual-story showpieces that stretch from 10,700 to more than 12,000 square feet. Towering 13-foot ceilings set the scene for sensational panorama, but the best views in the house are from the 360-degree rooftop terraces. Catch both sunrise and sunset from your private plunge pool or hot tub, or enjoy an al fresco meal prepped on the open-air summer kitchen.

Whether arriving via Huayra, superyacht, or otherwise, valet parking promises blissful ease when returning home. A sun-drenched waterfront lobby is clad in marble and stone, and private en-suite elevators deliver denizens right to their front doors. Resort-style amenities include a sweeping sky lounge with a rooftop pool, swanky cabanas, and a state-of-the-art wellness center with a gym, treatment rooms, sauna, steam shower, and yoga studio. A residents’ lounge resides on the eighth floor, offering a connected co-working suite, children’s playroom, library, media room with a built-in sound system, and a leafy meditation garden.

Homeowners are also treated to 24/7 concierge to tend to any whim or fancy, from dog walking and laundry services to vacation planning and in-home private chef experiences. Private garage spaces are also available, and while it’s not a requirement to drive a Pagani, the preferred spots (plus a dedicated lounge!) will be reserved for the loyalists.

Completion is scheduled for late 2027. Two-bedroom homes begin at $2,400,000.
