FUSHIMI OPENS ITS FOURTH RESTAURANT WITH A PARTY TO REMEMBER

The Fushimi Group celebrated the launch of its newest outpost in Tottenville this past March with a grand brunch party. Fushimi 4, which opened its doors on Page Avenue, serves the same Japanese-inspired fusion as its sister locations. Dinner entree highlights include the Surf & Turf (duo of char-grilled filet mignon and half lobster, with crispy mashed potato, marinated vegetables, and a truffled teriyaki sauce) and the considerable Sushi and Sashimi for Two (18 pieces of sashimi, 10 pieces of sushi and a Dancing Dragon Roll).

The event included creative cocktails, sweet and savory brunch bites, dancers (including a dancing robot)…even some Sesame Street friends. DJ Danny Estrella had everyone moving, even Cookie Monster. Some event sponsors included: Wicked Florist, Music 2 the Max, and Industry Magazine. Make sure you check out this new culinary mecca the next time you’re on the South Shore of Staten Island.
