Witty and collectible, the line comprises playful pieces that feature the femininity of rose gold flanked by black gemstones like black jade and spinel. Creative director for Hermès jewelry, Pierre Hardy, explained the origin of this design. “I envisaged black for its ability to expose light, as a counterpoint to the brilliance of the diamonds,” he said, “and to accentuate the purity and effectiveness of the forms.”
