NEW FASHIONED
The Wynn’s famed B Bar, which originally debuted during the resort’s grand opening in 2005, was reborn this spring with a fresh new concept. Now located at the intersection between the Wynn casino and Fairway Esplanade, the reimagined cocktail club was modeled after designer Todd Avery Lenahan’s favorite libation: the Old Fashioned. Swathed in a palette of polished mahogany, rock crystal, bronze fittings, and artisan glass, B Bar slings swanky spins on legacy sippers. The After Dark, for instance, inspired by the holy espresso martini, features a kiss of vanilla with Absolut Vanilla Vodka and Spiced Madagascar Vanilla, while the Origin Story, a twist on Lenahan’s beloved Old Fashioned, uses Copper & Kings Apple Brandy. 3131 S Las Vegas Blvd, wynnlasvegas.com
JAMMIN’ WITH JASON
Country music star Jason Aldean opened his eponymous Kitchen + Bar Las Vegas just a few months ago, and the 22,500-square-foot, two-story venue is fast becoming one of the hottest new hangouts on the Las Vegas Strip. A blend of Southern comfort food and high-energy entertainment, the haunt features two music stages, six bars, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the Strip. With so many bars to choose from, don’t miss the Tractor Bar’s vintage John Deere tractor, and the Guitar Bar, adorned with Aldean’s personal memorabilia. Daily live music ranges from country to Top 40 hits, and the menu features Aldean family recipes including fan favorites like grandma’s pot roast and Jason’s mac and cheese. 63 City Center, 3716 S Las Vegas Boulevard, jasonaldeans bar.com/las-vegas
