Aston Martin × Bowmore ARC 54

Touted as the final lap in the British hyper-marque’s five-year partnership with the Islay-bred Scottish collector’s brand, the ARC-54 is a grand finale of prodigious proportions. Distilled in November 1968 and aged for 54 years (hence the name) in two separate casks before uniting for 15 months, it’s one of Bowmore’s oldest expressions, and a testament to the power of time in single malt production. The hypercar-inspired, hand-blown glass decanter is as much an objet d’art as it is a whisky vessel, featuring fluid lines that evoke a sense of perpetual motion. You’ll need a special key to open the casing and at $80,000 per bottle, the extra security is warranted indeed. The sip is elegant and multi-layered; expect vanilla, butterscotch, tropical fruit, and toasted oak on the nose, followed by bright fruity sweetness, caramel, cinnamon, and a whisper of peat smoke on the tongue and a lush, lengthy finish. Only 130 bottles are available worldwide.

The Macallan X Bentley Horizon

In 2024, the hotly anticipated collaboration between two heritage U.K. brands yielded this $50,000 bottle and it’s a stunner. One of the Scottish Highland’s oldest licensed distillers, The Macallan is famed for its single malts, crafted with the integrity of the brand’s Six Pillars (Natural Color, Mastery, Curiously Small Spirit Stills, The Macallan Estate, Exceptional Oak Casks, and Sherry Wine), resulting in gloriously complex, premium slow sippers. The Horizon is no exception; Master Whisky Maker Kirsteen Campbell hand-selected and blended six different first-fill sherry-seasoned oak casks from The Macallan Estate. ABV clocks in at 46.6%, with notes of toffee, ginger, charred pineapple, sweet vanilla, dark chocolate, and warm oak spice. It’s extremely limited edition, of course, but for the lucky few who can get their hands on a bottle, the horizontal decanter becomes an instant heirloom, featuring reclaimed copper from The Macallan’s famously small stills, aluminum collected from the Bentley factory, low-carbon leather, and recycled wood.

Coachbuilt x Rolls-Royce London 30 Years Old

In 2022, whisky writer George Koutsakis teamed up with Formula One racing powerhouse Jenson Button to launch a venture that marries their two passions: whisky and wheels. Coachbuilt is a premium Scotchmaker rooted in the art of blending, and only one year after its inception, the startup landed a collaboration with one of autodom’s preeminent coachbuilders: Rolls-Royce. “Rolls-Royce has a history of coachbuilding; they’re an elegant, modern brand,” noted Koutsakis. “The challenge was finding a whisky good enough to put their name on the bottle, and luckily we got that.” Featuring a blend aged between 30 and 35 years, the Scotch delivers an exquisite structure: rich red fruit and winter spice from predominantly sherry casks, underpinned by coffee, toffee, candied nuts, and caramel thanks to finishing in ex-bourbon barrels. Only 300 individually numbered bottles were released half allocated to Rolls-Royce London clientele, and the remainder made available via ballot each priced at approximately $1,900, underscoring its collector status.

Tesla Tequila & Mezcal

Originally pitched as an April Fool’s Day tweet in 2018, Elon Musk’s agave spirit sprung to life in November 2020, selling out mere hours after the announcement. The 100% agave añejo tequila was aged for 15 months in French oak barrels for a smooth, pepper-forward sipper, anchored by dry fruit and vanilla on the nose with balanced cinnamon and subtle spice on the palate. Its sculptural bottle, fashioned into the shape of a lightning bolt, sparked such mass appeal that the decanter itself (sans liquid) is still available directly via Tesla. The limited-run tequila remains up for grabs on third party sites, along with its spicier cousin, Tesla Mezcal (released in 2024).

Porsche Cuvee 356

T he German icon released this celebratory wine in 2018 to mark the 70th anniversary of its first road test of the iconic Porsche 356 in Gmünd, Austria, all the way back in 1948. Commissioned from Austrian winemaker Armin Tement of Weingut Tement in Styria, this blend brings together 65% pinot blanc, 18% chardonnay, 12% sauvignon blanc, and 5% pinot gris. The grapes are grown in the scenic hills of southern Styria – just a short distance from Gmünd, the birthplace of the 356 – adding a poetic sense of place to the wine. The wine initially debuted at the Porsche Museum during the brand’s anniversary celebrations and has since been available at the Christophorus restaurant and museum shop in Stuttgart, with limited availability via select restaurants and importers. On the palate, Cuvée 356 delivers a rich and elegantly balanced profile: ripe apple and pear mingle with creamy butterscotch undertones, all culminating in a luscious crème brûlée finish. Despite being a relatively youthful wine (it’s aged for six months), it surpasses the sum of its parts with remarkable cohesion and complexity.

Bugatti x Carbon Champagne Bouteille Sur Mesure

Carbon Champagne became the official bubbly partner of Bugatti in 2018, yielding several wildly over-the-top commemorative sippers over the years, including an anniversary vintage wrapped in Bugatti blue and a 15-liter one-of-one in a hand-crafted carbon fiber case that took 150 hours to make (it sold for £240,000, or about $325,000, at auction). This one, inspired by the hypermaker’s Sur Mesure customization wing, is a service that allows deep-pocketed enthusiasts to customize every component of their bubbly experience, choosing the vintage, bottle, and case. The bottle is available in a range of finishing materials, including photoluminescent forged carbon fiber, while the case takes cues from the buyer’s favorite toy the Chiron, perhaps, or the 1,600-hp track beast, the Bolide. The technical prowess is impressive; the unit can be outfitted with a satellite-grade automatic thermodynamic cooling cell and a system of 14 high-end fans to maintain precise serving temperature inside the case.

Glenfiddich 16-Year-Old Aston Martin F1 Whisky

Glenfiddich rocked the internet in late 2024 with the reveal of a long-term partnership with the Aston Martin Formula One Team, two brands bound by a shared pursuit of precision and performance. Their first collaborative expression, a 16-year-old single malt, just dropped this spring. This limited bottling is matured exclusively in American oak wine casks, new American barrels, and second-fill bourbon casks, offering a departure from Glenfiddich’s usual cask marriage and highlighting the raw influence of American oak. Malt Master Brian Kinsman emphasized that this expression embodies the intuitive side of whisky-making where instinct meets expertise drawing a parallel to the split-second judgments required in Formula One racing. The nose greets with sweet biscuit cheesecake layers, maple syrup, caramelized ginger, and subtly toasted oak. The taste is lush and syrupy in texture (think fresh fruit salad and Chantilly cream) framed within a rich, confection sweet mouthfeel. The finish remains impressive; it’s super smooth with a lingering, elegant sweet ness. Bottled at 43% ABV (86 proof) and priced around $75, the release marks a stylish and sensory starting point for what promises to be a collectible chapter in both whisky and motorsport storytelling.

Jack Daniel’s × McLaren Limited Edition Tennessee Whiskey

In 2023, Jack Daniel’s embarked on a multi-year partnership with the McLaren Formula 1 Team, and to mark this year’s racing season, the duo introduced the 2025 McLaren × Jack Daniel’s Limited Edition Tennessee Whiskey, the third installment in the collector’s bottle series. This edition retains Jack Daniel’s signature grain bill (80% corn, 8% rye, and 12% malted barley) alongside the traditional charcoal mellowing through 10-foot layers of sugar maple wood, and maturation in new American white oak barrels. It’s bottled at a higher strength of 86 proof (43% ABV), bumping up from the standard 80 proof, to offer a more robust and characterful experience. The nose whispers notes of mandarin, aniseed, and vanilla, while on the palate, expect a full-bodied sip. Caramel and toasted oak give way to a smooth, creamy finish. The bottle design subtly balances both brands’ aesthetics. The classic black-and-white Jack Daniel’s label dominates, while a kiss of McLaren’s signature papaya orange, along with a stylized tyre-track stripe, lends a racing edge. According to Jamie Butler, Jack Daniel’s global brand director, this edition’s elevated proof and fresh design “embodies that same spirit that Mr. Jack himself lived by: ‘Every day we make it, we make it the best we can.’”
